Virgie Berry is the CEO and Founder of Windy City Learning Company, established in 2025 after more than 13 years of experience in early childhood education. Throughout her career as a teacher, tutor, and director, Virgie has developed a deep passion for making learning meaningful, joyful, and accessible for every child.
She believes in meeting each child where they are, using an individualized approach that blends hands-on activities with engaging experiences. Her philosophy centers on building a strong foundation of early learning skills, fostering a love of discovery, and equipping children with the tools they need to succeed. Beyond working with children, Virgie is dedicated to guiding families—helping them better understand how to support their early learners at home.
A lifelong Chicagoan, and avid Swifite, Virgie enjoys reading, watching crime documentaries, and exploring new restaurants around the city. Her summers are spent as an administrator at Fred’s Camp in Lincoln Park, strolling through local farmer’s markets, and cheering on her boyfriend at his softball games.
